The Carli Unchained 3.0 Bypass System is the pinnacle of off-road suspension performance for Super Duty trucks, engineered for drivers who demand maximum capability beyond what the chassis was originally designed to handle. Built around massive King 3.0” bypass shocks with multiple external tubes, this system delivers unmatched tunability, allowing you to fine-tune compression and rebound characteristics for both comfort and aggressive terrain.

Unlike traditional shock setups, the Unchained system uses external bypass tubes with one-way check valves to create multiple damping zones. This allows for a smooth, compliant ride during normal driving while dramatically increasing resistance during large impacts, effectively acting as a tunable internal bump stop. The result is a highly adaptable suspension that performs exceptionally well both on-road and in extreme off-road conditions.
