The Carli Long Travel Air Bag System is designed for 2017–2022 F-350 trucks to increase load capacity and towing capability without sacrificing ride quality or suspension performance. Built to work with Carli 4.5″ and 5.5″ lift systems, this setup provides adjustable support while maintaining full suspension travel.

Engineered for heavy-duty use, these airbags deliver reliable performance for towing, hauling, and work applications while preserving the smooth ride and articulation of your suspension system.

• Designed for Carli 4.5″ and 5.5″ lift systems

• Fits 4.5″ axle tubes (common on F-350 DRW 4×4)

• Supports up to 4,000 lbs combined load capacity (2,000 lbs per bag at 100 PSI)

• Compatible with up to 12″ of suspension travel

• Operating pressure range of 5–75 PSI

• 100% bolt-on installation for easy DIY setup

• Compatible with onboard air systems or manual fill

Notes:

• Axle diameter must be confirmed prior to ordering

• Designed to pair with Full Progressive Leaf Springs to restore payload capacity

• Can be used with Add-A-Pack setups, but factory bump-stop tang must be removed

• Only compatible with rear lifts that level to a 4.5″ front lift

• Recommended rear lift height is approximately 2″ for trucks with factory 3″ blocks

• Ideal for towing 5th wheels, campers, trailers, and heavy hauling
