Carli XHD +2000 lbs Progressive Leaf Spring Kit – 2011–2016 Ford F250/F350 4×4 – 1″ Lift

The Carli XHD Full Replacement Leaf Spring Kit is designed for trucks running a constant 2,000 lb bed load, making it ideal for heavy-duty work trucks, overland builds, and camper setups requiring increased rear support. Engineered to deliver improved ride quality and control under load, this progressive spring pack enhances stability while maintaining usable suspension travel. These springs are not intended for unloaded use and require the constant weight to achieve proper ride height and performance.

Developed through real-world overland and camper applications, including builds like The Fast Lane Truck’s “No Pavement Needed” series, the XHD spring pack bridges the gap between standard HD and extreme-duty setups. Due to the increased spring rate and elevated center of gravity, Carli requires pairing this system with their Pintop (King 2.5″) shock package featuring custom tuning for optimal ride quality and handling.
